Private
Consultation:
I'm happy to advise you with your building project.
Often guitar builders will make monthly appointments. Please keep in mind I have a busy schedule,
so we need to plan in advance for your instruction.
$85 an hour for private workshop consultation
(2 hours - $150 or
2 people - $200 for 2 hour class)
How
to Adjust your Guitar:
This is a one hour class on how to adjust
and care for your guitar-
nut height, saddle height, truss rod, neck pitch,...
A well spent hour to learn how to keep your guitar in great playing
condition
or to help in checking out a new instrument.
$150 -
2 hour private class, bring your guitar.
(2 people & 1 guitar class = $200)
Guitar Critique:
The best way to improve is to get real advice about your guitar building
progress.
You can make an appointment to send your guitar to the workshop.
Then I will spend one hour examining your instrument inside and out.
After that, I spend at least 15 minutes playing the guitar in several
different styles.
All this in order to give you a serious critique concerning the instrument's
play-ability , fit and finish , tone , sustain , volume , construction
quality ,
areas for improvement , ... and marketability.
This is a "gloves off" critique and intended to give you real
information and
real guidance for your work. $85 flat fee - shipping
not included.
- Please note -
Any guitar sent without a prior appointment will
be returned to sender.
I do not want to have to do that, so make sure to make an appointment
before shipping your guitar to the Everett workshop.
